FRAUD WATCH PLUS This is a service provided by us. Someone from the “call center” may contact you for transaction verification. If they cannot contact you, they will temporarily Block your card until the transaction is confirmed. This number should be listed in your cell phone under FWP (1-866-842-5208). Only call if they have contacted you.
DISPUTE PROCESSING CENTER 1-866-987-1457
If you see any unusual transactions on your account history, and you didn’t authorize it, you must call them. This is NOT TO BE USED for purchases you are unhappy with. If you have a dispute with a merchant, you must contact that merchant directly not the dispute processing center.
